Emma Watson might be able to press charges for the use of her face, hair, and general build, not to mention the Shared Text surety that the audience will get the ‘Hermione’ connection because of the similarity, but the producers of the trailer might be able to beat the charges because of additions they made to her representation that are, well, larger than life.
Which reminds me of the 2004 SNL skit involving Hermione and the Weasley twins… Look up Lindsay Lohan, ‘Growth Spurt,’ if you haven’t seen that piece kept in the Saturday Night Live vaults.
