  1. Wow. You’ve been very busy. So far, I’ve only found time to read a couple of paragraphs from Mockingjay. You’ve not only managed to read the entire book already. You’ve also gone through and written up analysis. I’m not sure if I should be jealous or just wonder about your ability to be coherent for the rest of the day.

  2. Except the links are broken right now.

  3. Links fixed and checked! Sorry about that problem; it was a long night of driving and reading…

I found these dicussions very interesting. When I first finished Mockingjay, I was confused. I didn’t really like it all that well because it made me mad. I was in denial about Finnick and Prim. And Coin made me want to punch puppies. (Which is saying something, because I don’t believe in animal cruelty.) I also wanted more at the end. She didn’t explain anything else. I wanted to know how Katniss’s mom and Gale was. I wanted to know all the progress outside of district 12. But then I read these discussions and ultimately decided I like Mockingjay more now. They helped me understand more and took away a lot of that confusion. Although I still want more information and closuer about life after the war (Not just with Katniss and Peeta, but with everyone else, especially the other victors and Gale.), I can deal with what I know for now. 🙂
