Ah, the good old days when “Repent!” was addressed to those guilty of the sins of greed, egotism, pride, injustice etc. (You know, the ones in the Bible.) More recently, the finger is pointed at those who do what is our particular “sin-of-the-day”, one which we find it convenient to avoid. Colbert is funny. The other guy is scary.
