Queen City Mischief and Magic (QCMM) in Staunton, Virginia, is the premiere community celebration of the Hogwarts Saga that exists on planet Earth, full stop. QCMM Disapparated for a few years, but, as you can see in the brilliant video above, the festival is returning this September, the weekend of the 24th and 25th.
